Our client is seeking an Intermediate Solution Architect to integrate SAP HCM, EHS, and SF for an Employee Incident Claims project 

We are looking for a solution architect with vast experience in employee incident claims related to work incidents and other leave of absence time-off claims (end to end solution). You will be leading the initial business requirements gathering workshops with the client to understand the current state and providing solution recommendations to the “to-be” solution and its integration to SAP and nonSAP related systems. The solution willrequire integration with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS), SAP SuccessFactors (SF) and existing non-SAP HR systems
 
Job Description:
  • Document and analyze the business requirements workshops outcomes.
  • Propose and discuss the “to-be” solution with the internal core Project Team prior to presenting to the client.
  • Work with the core Project Team to support estimation and planning to deliver the proposed solution.
Must haves:
  • 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience
  • 3+ years with SAP modules: Human Capital Management (HCM), Health, and Safety (EHS), SAP SuccessFactors (SF)
  • Experience with Employee Incident claims
Nice to haves:
  • Bilingual in French
  • Public Sector Industry experience
  • Strong knowledge S/4 HANA and Cloud platform.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Formal SAP certification in a related application area
  • Good knowledge of SAP Activate Delivery Methodology.
