Intermediate Bilingual Technical Support Analyst – Level 2 to provide helpdesk and technical support to users coast to coast.
Type: Full Time
Location: Greater Toronto Area, Greater Kitchener/Waterloo, Quebec, or Ottawa regions.
Environment: Can work anywhere in Canada - time zone is EST 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Hybrid 1 day a week in office if living in the GTA.
Working with a leading and successful Canadian distributor and manufacturer with close to 150 locations across North America, we are looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Level 2 Technical Support Analyst.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide effective telephone technical support to all users by accurately identifying IT related problems and logging these support calls
- Receiving, tracking, documenting, resolving and/or escalating all user identified software and hardware issues to ensure timely and accurate response and resolution
- Setup, deployment, and support for all Windows based PCs and peripherals
- Provide basic Network troubleshooting
Must Haves:
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) with strong communication skills
- Post-Secondary diploma/degree/certification in a computer-related field
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Windows
- 3+ years of Helpdesk experience required; phone, email, Teams, etc.
- Strong analytical, time management, and organization skills
- O365, Active Directory and some GPO (Group Policy) experience required
- Self-motivated and Customer Service driven
Preferable/Nice to have
Familiarity with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
