Our client is a leader in the Venture Capital Space specifically focused on investing in FinTech Startup’s.  They are looking for an Intermediate BSA with HRIS systems, and business process re-engineering experience to work on implementing new systems changes, process changes to existing back-office systems.

1-2 days a week onsite. 

 
Project: Our client is looking to build out existing back-office systems capabilities, re-engineer processes around current systems workflow and and  implement new system change where necessary.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Translates stakeholder inputs into meaningful business requirements and rules, and then into stories.
  • Create SRD and BRD documents supporting existing systems capabilities and future state requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation on systems and processes using a wide variety of technical tools that are constantly evolving.
  • Re-engineer processes around existing systems workflow to ensure efficiency.
  • Understand business priorities to effectively coordinate multiple streams of work at one time
 
Must haves:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Experience with projects supporting HCMHRIS projects
  • Experience with BPR- business process redesign documents, and strategies
  • Experience with Change Management
  • Build use case diagrams
Nice to Haves: 
  • Financial ERP Systems (SAP FICO preferred)
