Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead and mentor junior members while working on business, technical re-engineering and transformation projects
You will be on a BA team overseeing 40+ business and technical projects annually of varying size and complexity based in Vancouver and working in a hybrid (onsite and partial remote)

You will be on a BA team overseeing 40+ business and technical projects annually of varying size and complexity based in Vancouver and working in a hybrid (onsite and partial remote)
Must Have
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience on both Business and IT project
- Demonstrated practice of the Systems Development Life Cycle
- Experience in both traditional waterfall and Agile methodologies
Nice to Have
- Lean and /or Six Sigma certification
- CBAP / PMI-PBA certification or candidate for certification (or equivalent training) - attaining ceritfication will be sponored by the client
- Knowledge and experience with modern Quality Assurance concepts and practices
- Experience on SharePoint or MS Dynamic CRM

- Facilitate the strategic analysis at division or department level
- Lead the business process re-engineering (BPR), business process streamlining (BPS) and business case development for assigned client group(s)
