Our client is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst to write and perform UAT testing for a ServiceNow ITSM application implementation.
- 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst with Quality Assurance experience
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
- Experience in supporting and coordinating UAT and writing acceptance criteria.
- Experience writing test cases
- Business Analyst certification
- University degree or diploma in Post Secondary institution
The client is working with a System Integrator partner to better leverage their use of the ServiceNow platform. The initial focus is to improve their ITSM implementation.
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements from a variety of stakeholder groups.
- Understand and validate the proposed technical solution against the business requirements.
- Working with the business areas impacted by the implementation to ensure preparedness for Go Live.
- Support user acceptance testing of solution (e.g. test scripts, user acceptance testing as required).
- Coordinate UAT defect resolution with a System Integrator Partner (e.g. document, log and track defects, retest defects, managing communication with development vendor concerning defects)
