Intermediate Business Analyst to support a business transformation

Our public sector client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to support a business transformation  

Hybrid, Vancouver, 7-month contract – possible conversion to a permanent position
 
Must Have

• 5 + years experience as a Business Analyst
• Previous experience within the HealthCare or Public Sector, preferably with an understanding of a regulatory environment
• Experience on both Business and IT projects
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in an RFP process or business transformation projects
• Management consulting experience
• Project Management experience
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or MS Dynamic CRM
• PMP / PRINCE II, Certified Scrum Master, CSM, CSPO, Agile Business Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting materials/communication materials on behalf of the PM’s
• Demonstrated ability to conduct strategic analysis such as cost/benefit and impact analysis, project plans, dashboards, and manage RFP process
• Work with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and vendors to seek understanding of the business and technology context, evaluate business needs and expected outcomes
• Support analysis and development of deliverables, including reports, dashboards, financials, and documentation
• Manage stakeholder collaboration and engagement, support development of program structure, and assist with procurement efforts.
