Our valued Public sector client is in need of an Intermediate Business Analyst to support the development and creation of the structure, processes and tools for an Enterprise Program Management Office

The branch is responsible to coordinate the planning, delivery and monitoring of the corporate capital Program of Work (PoW). The PoW consists of major construction, accommodations, Information Management (IM)/Information Technology (IT), electronic security, and other projects as well as procurement of vehicles, clothing, kitchen, fire safety and other equipment. A recent review has demonstrated that the client is not aligned with Treasury Board (TB) policies and best practices. As TSF continues to evolve into a forward-looking organization that will bring value to the client, an enterprise Programme Management Office (PgMO) will be required.

The client requires a Business Analyst to:
  • Support the development of an Enterprise Program Management Framework (PgMF).
  • Develop and create the structure, processes and tools for an Enterprise Program Management Office (PgMO).
  • Review the National Investment Prioritization Committee (NIPC).
  • Leverage existing technology to improve CSC’s overall Program of Work (PoW) management
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
  • University degree and Enhanced Reliability clearance
  • Comfortable with business analytics and establishing KPIs and evaluating methods
  • Confident in establishing global solutions for efficient data capture, reporting, and management
  • Familiar with government structures
  • Experience with project management and its tools/techniques
  • Comfortable drafting documents to support ongoing project management of initiatives
