Intermediate Business Analyst with application and acceptance testing experience for a systems management project

Our client is seeking an Intermediate Functional Tester with application and acceptance testing for a systems management project

Must Haves:

• 5+ years in application and functional acceptance testing
• 5+ years of documenting business requirements
• Jira experience
• Willingness to be onsite Regina

Nice to haves:

• SEMS or COTS application experience
• Government experience

Responsibilities:

• Document and analyze business requirements with precision, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct rigorous application testing to validate system functionality and performance.
• Utilize business process improvement methodologies and tools to identify and recommend process enhancements.
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools, including JIRA, to monitor and manage project issues.
• Create comprehensive reports, technical documentation, and detailed process descriptions.
• Work with vendors to answer questions about testing and requirements and plan final readiness fixes
