Our Public enterprise client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst with Process improvement experience to lead a diverse set of business projects and motivate project teams
This is open to BC residents that can work on a hyrid model. Successful candidate will need to be in the office in Richmond, BC once a month OR on needed basis.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience managing a variety of business and/or technology related projects
- 1+ years of Project management experience or supporting, creating Project Plans in a complex environment
- 5+ years' experience with planning, leading and facilitating sessions
- Experience with Change Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management and mitigation strategies knowledge
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite and Visio (flow charts and process mapping)
- General knowledge of Cloud Computing
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification like SAFe Practitioner or willingness to take the course
