Our telecommunications Client is looking for 2 Intermediate Business Analysts to define processes and support testing execution for their B2B Systems enhancements project (salesforce.com) - 18068
12 months contract with a possibility of extension, fully remote in Canada
Must Haves:

Must Haves:
- Experience with Salesforce.com Lightning
- Experience as a Quality Analyst and/or User Acceptance Tester for system projects
- Experience with Process Improvement & Process Design
- French language
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and knowledge of JIRA, QA practices
- Technical or architectural experience with complex systems spanning internal, vendor, software, hardware
- Accountable for test planning and execution and acting as a liaison with QA the team.
- Work closely with Product Owner on system enhancements
- Refines and documents business requirements and process flows for current / proposed processed, workflows, and data flows.
- Prepare use cases, create and define test plans and test cases.
- Create training framework/approach and support with training documentation
