Our Oil and Gas client is looking for an Intermediate Buyer to perform full contract lifecycle for procurement and administration of goods and services with P2P and bidding experience in Calgary.
Must Haves:
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of Buying experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Experience with Full Contract Lifecycle Management for P2P (Procure to Pay Processes)
- Understanding of Competitve Bidding Processes
- In Categories including but not limited to (Construction, Consulting, Engineering, and Fabrication)
- Experience with H&S (Health and Safety) standards with using tools such as ComplyWorks (Compliance Management Tool for Financial/Credit Checks)
- Advanced knowledge utilzing MS Office Suite (Excel - Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLookup)
- ISNetworld (Cost and Pricing Software) would be an asset
- Other tools such as SAP (SAP Sourcing)
- Responsible for Gathering Requirements Analysis, Spend/Purchasing, and Execution
- Negotatiating Contract Clauses, Terms, and Conditions
- Invoice Resolution (GR/IR - Good Receipt and Invoice Receipt)
