Our client is looking for an Intermediate Change Manager build change plans and strategy on an implementation project in the financial industry.
Overview:
Tactical change management and communications support for 2 projects with potential to also support 3 other projects in the risk portfolio.

Tactical change management and communications support for 2 projects with potential to also support 3 other projects in the risk portfolio.
Must Have's:
- 3-5 years of delivery experience with Change Management
- Change Management certification (PROSCI or CMP)
- Experience with Executive teams as well as implementation of new processes, new team roles and responsibilities, and new governance committee implementation.
- Strong internal communication development and Execution experience
- Change Enablement and Advisory skills
- Experience working in a financial institution or in the area of credit risk would be desirable.
Resposibilities:
- Building out change plans based on an already agreed up and completed change strategy
- Executing change plans including but not limited to:
- Impact assessments
- Executing communications tactics
- Building sustainment plans
- Executing on sustainment and transition tactics
- Developing & executing metrics around change success
