Our telecom client is looking for an Intermediate Communication and Event Coordinator responsible for working with cross funcutional teams on various administrative tasks and building customer experiences 

Responsibilties:
  • Lead the Member communication, work with Member Benefits team on execution of internal documentation such as buzzboard, rules waivers, registration of contents & more
  • Prepare a monthly buzz board highlighting featured partners
  • Contest Administration; Managing the registration of contests by handling CCR, Rules and Regs and registering our contests with the Regie (Quebec)
  • Creating of prize letters & itineraries, selecting winners, prizes and hosting and travel (shipping prizes etc)
  • Create project plans and event run down sheets for all sponsored events (Monitor budget for each project)
  • Create lead generation plans for each event and work with the cross functional teams & vendor partners to bring the concepts to life.
  • Coordinate with agency partners, vendors and organizers for execution of the plan
  • Work with vendor partners for event merchandise and activation set up.


Must Haves:
  • 4+ years of coordination experience 
  • Budget/finance experience 
  • Vendor, agency communication experience
