Our client is seeking an Intermediate Customer Success Support Analyst to provide responsive and customer-focused support for their custom software platform. The position will work closely with an implementation team, providing a variety of support functions in customer implementations. 
 
Calgary-based client. Open to 100% remote across Canada. This role will require candidates to work from 12AM to 8AM (MST) or from 2AM to 10AM (EST). 

Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting customers with applications or software platform support
  • Previous experience in a tier 1 support role with a focus on customer service
  • The ability to troubleshoot, triage and to provide guidance to users on resolution of ‘how do I’ issues
  • Experience with ZenDesk, or other ticketing software
  
Nice to Haves:
 
  • Familiarity with construction, engineering, mining, infrastructure, or energy industries
  • Background in accounting or IT
  • Able to keep confidential information of the highest levels
  • Strong proficiency with Excel
