Our valued client is seeking a Junior Bilingual Service Desk Analyst to provide tier 1 support through phone, chat, and ticket submission


An initial 1-year contract with possible extension. 100% remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Process or assist with IT Services requests, including but not limited to:
  • Employee accounts and account requests processing
  • Employee hardware and software issues/requests
  • Triage & escalation of support requests
  • Manage employee requests by phone, chat, and ticket submission
  • Researches and analyzes problems utilizing own expertise and historical database records
  • Responds promptly with appropriate solutions
  • Maintains and updates records and tracking databases
  • Comply with legislation and Company policies, processes and instructions


Must Have Skills:

  • 1+ years experience as a Service Desk Analyst
  • Excellent communication skills in English & French
  • Experience providing customer service in an IT environment
