Our Post Secondary Client is seeking an Intermediate Desktop Support Analyst to troubleshoot desktop equipment technical work, including installation and troubleshooting activities to facilitate hardware and software requests.
This is a 2 month contract to start with possibility of extension. Client is looking for 100% in-office support with option to work remotely after probation period.
Must Have:
- 3+ years’ experience providing Tier 1 helpdesk support for end-user devices including: laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, operating systems, device imaging, application installation, deployment and security tools
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including Windows 10 and Office 2010/2016 and/or O365
- Experience supporting MAC operating systems
- Experience supporting Active Directory administration/troubleshooting
