Intermediate DevOps Analyst to provide support within an agile environment for a Financial Services Client

Location:  Remote (possible hybrid)

Our Financial Services Client is in need of a Intermediate DevOps Analyst to provide support within an agile environment

Must Have:

• ​3+ years experience as a DevOps Analyst within an agile environment on production systems 
• 3+ years experience with Java, JSON, JavaScript 
• 2+ years experience with scripting (Bash, Python, Perl, Powershell) 
• 2+ years experience with automating deployment activities on Salesforce platform 
• 1+ years supporting WildFly (JBoss) applicaitons 

Nice to Haves:

• Bilingual French | English
• Previous financial services experience 
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) 

Key Responsibilities 

• Work closely with the Agile teams to develop automation pipelines
• Provide Level 2 production support for all applications and infrastructures
• Support mission-critical applications
• Troubleshoot and provide support for all environments as required
• Provide DevOps requirements to the Agile Teams for new products
• Follow application support processes in compliance with IT and Information Security Standards
• Are part of a Centre of Excellence in the practice of DevOps and to help spread a culture of innovation
• Identify opportunities to make systems more resilient and efficient using automation
• Debug systems and identify issues quickly and effectively by analyzing metrics
• Interact with external technical support groups, vendors, and internal business to manage problems through to resolution
• Proactively identify problem areas for the team both technically and procedurally and recommend improvements
• Identify system resource bottlenecks and work with other teams to test and tune systems for optimal performance
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues both inside and outside the team
• Off-hours support (24/7), flexible working hours as required
