Position Title: Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 6 Months 
Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - in office on Thursday's and another flexible day.
Office Location: 81 Bay St. 33rd floor
 
Who Will the Candidate Be Working with on a Daily Basis?
                - Digital, IT and Marketing delivery teams
                - They may work with other LOBs based on the projects
 
Responsibilities:
The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. We are looking for someone to plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications that align to standards and frameworks. You will provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications.
 
Must Haves:
        - 5+ years of experience as a BA/BSA
        - 2 years + experience on an Agile project
        - Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline

Nice to Haves:
        - Marketing Technology (martec) *Strong nice to have
        - Data experience *Strong nice to have
        - 3+ years as a Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience
        - Salesforce, Adobe & UNICA
        - FI experience

Ideal:
- CIBC digital or IT(RBSS) experience would be ideal.
        - Comfortable working within a large matrixed organization
