Our oil and gas client is seeking a Intermediate Document Controller (SharePoint) with an administrative background working to support a major Pumped Storage Project - 10059

***Please note***this role is made up of two skillsets- Administrative Coordination and Document Management - the successful candidate must be comfortable and satisfied with both elements

Must Have:

• 5+ years experience working as a Document Controller with experience doing the following:
• Invoicing - (SAP is ideal)
• Document control- SharePoint for tagging
• Managing signature routing through Docusign
• Experience Coordinating Meetings and team events
• Experience reporting for budgetary and expense purposes (PowerBI/Excel)
