Hybrid (Pickering)

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Asssitant/Admin Assitant preferrably in Government Organization
• Ability to:
  • Arrange corporate dinners, seatting arrangements, follow protocols with Government officials
  • Make travel reservations
  • Ability to travel (Europe)
  • Make travel arrangements oversees
