Our dynamic Agriculture client is looking for an Intermediate Fieldglass Advisor(s) to support internal customers, suppliers and provide day to day labour office sustainment

Must Have:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, HR, and/or Staffing/Contingent Labour industry
• At least 1 year experience working with SAP Fieldglass from an owner side
• Experience supporting hiring leaders and suppliers with the full cycle contingent worker cycle. From pre-hire to onboarding to offboarding

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with SAP Ariba

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day sustainment of Fieldglass Office

• Support internal customers (“end users”) and external stakeholders as the Fieldglass Office representative for Corporate Procurement

• Sustain business activities and procedures maintained on Fieldglass platforms

• Assist with invoice payment issues, related to Fieldglass timesheets/invoices, in a timely manner

• Address inquiries from suppliers, internal hiring managers, and contractors

• Support with requirements gathering, data validations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business reviews related to deployments and enhancements

• Training and maintaining training resources for internal hiring managers, external suppliers on the Fieldglass tool
