Our Regina based client is looking for an Intermediate Help Desk Support Analyst to provide Tier 2 support for desktop, notebooks, phones and printer environments.
 
Background/Responsibilities:
  • The Deskside Services team supports 900 iPhones, 400 desktops, 1040 notebook computers and about 360 semi-rugged notebooks in our mobile workforce environment.
  • End user software support – Windows 10, Microsoft Apps for Enterprise (O365) and other desktop software applications
  • Image, deploy and configure new computers/laptops and install various software application
  • Specialty peripheral management, including Fleet Truck docks
  • Recording all inventory, incidents/service request tickets into incident management system
 
Must Haves:
  • 3+ years as a Help Desk Support Analyst (Tier 2 Support)
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications including O365
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
