- Deployment, configuration and maintenance of 2000+ end user devices
- IT support across a minesite.
- 2+ years as an IT Support Analyst
- Experience with deployment, configuration and maintenance end user devices (Windows Laptops, Android and iOS phones, iPads, etc.
- Using Workspace One as a Mobile Device Management platform for Android and iOS devices
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in an Industrial setting
- Experience on Cisco Routing, switching, WLC and UCS hardware
- Experience with VMware Virtualization
