Our Oil & Gas client is looking for an Intermediate Learning and Development Analyst with Enterprise Asset Management (Maximo) experience to support content development and delivery to operations and asset management groups
Must Have:
Must Have:
- 5+ Years as a Training and/or Learning & Development Analyst with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Operations and/or Asset Management projects. Oil & Gas industry experience would be an asset
- 5+ years experience with EAM or Maximo development and continuous improvement
- Experience as a Business and/or Process Analyst conducting workshops with business users to identify gaps, document current state and to-be processes.
- Ability to Develop and Deliver training materials and user training sessions via in-person, webinar and e-learning (Camtasia)
- Experience in Technical Writing and the ability to create and manage necessary governance documentation via SharePoint
