Our national retail client is looking for an Intermediate Mobile device management specialist for the deployment of Samsung android phones to store associates and updating of associated MDM policies - 26111

Location: Mississauga (on site 3 days a week wed-friday)

Must Haves:

Responsibilities:

• The Specialist – Mobility provides support for the companies corporate mobility and is responsible for Mobile Device Management related activity.
• This position is focused on the resolution of complex mobility issues and managing change in our mobile device management climate.
• Provide subject matter expertise, specifically with AirWatch, to support incident/problem/change management and major incident management that provides a level of service in line with specific qualitative or quantitative targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• They are responsible for location, analysis, testing, implementation, and support of mobile devices or associated services that our corporate or regional associates require to perform their business functions.
• Maintenance and management of Android devices through corporate MDM, AirWatch.
• Creation of policies and configuration items that meet business and security requirements as dictated by the business and information security groups.
• When issues arise, they will be responsible for issue resolution and stakeholder management. They will also be responsible for influencing business, product, and engineering decisions as well as engaging in vendor management.
