Our client is seeking a Intermediate Online Marketing Coordinator to support banner advertising across all digital banking channel for a large banking client

Contract: 9 months, great possibility of extension
Location: 88 Queens Quay - (Hybrid 2-3 days per week in office)

As part of Insights & Client Experience group at the bank, the Digital Marketing team is responsible for leading all Digital Marketing efforts across Personal & Commercial Banking, including management of the public facing website and 1st party advertising. The successful candidate will be accountable for the delivery of 1st party banner advertising across all core digital banking channels in order to optimize the customer journey, with a focus on improving performance while driving quality leads / conversions for our business and channel partners. This role will support Digital Marketing Managers, Marketing Enablement and Digital Product Owners ensuring that they are showcasing the best personalized and contextually relevant experiences for our customers in our owned channels. You will also be required to maintain documentation to help educate and empower our partners, including sharing advice and best practices, while continuously challenging them by holding them accountable to outperform historical as well as competitive ad serving benchmarks.

Daily Responsibilities:

· Maintain process documentation and guidelines ensuring information is kept up to date and includes all relevant performance benchmarks.
· Validate that incoming requests align to guidelines, providing alternate options or recommendations when required.
· Provide on-going support, education and awareness around processes and new capabilities.
· Act as supporting subject matter expert, providing consultation to partners as required.
· Work with internal teams to troubleshoot data issues while managing expectations with partners.
· Manage the Intake process and workflows for all incoming requests through JIRA, ensuring responses are provided in a timely manner and adhering to defined service level agreements.
· Establish relationships with Digital Marketing, Digital Marketing Analyst, Marketing Technology and Marketing Enablement - participating in regular meetings, absorbing processes, taking notes and creating meeting summaries with actionable next steps.

· Support the Digital Marketing Analyst for ad-hoc analytics requests pertaining to 1st party advertising.
· Work with Digital Marketing Analyst to regularly monitor and report on banner performance from impression to conversion, highlighting key findings and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Must Haves:

- Knowledge of web technologies - HTML, JAVASCRIPT, CSS
- Web Development process
- Google Analytics experience
- Digital Banner experience

Nice to Have:

· Hands on experience with user-testing and banner-serving technologies.
· Hands on experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio or Marketing Cloud.
· Previous experience with Jira and Confluence
