Out client is looking for an Intermediate Oracle DBA with Postgres experience to support day to day operations in a live environment and help manage tickets in the queue 2710-1
This role is 100% remote, however you may be required to provide support after hours.

Must Haves:
- 4+ years' experience as an Oracle DBA
- 2+ years' experience supporting a Postgres database
- Experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC)
- Previous experience acting as first point of contact using a ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Familiar with ITIL
- Actively monitor the performance and stability of all the production and internal database infrastructure
- Use analytical skills to anticipate future problems and resolve them effectively
- Automate technology and/or application deployments
- Maintain technical/process documentation as required.
- Enforce and support the change management process.
