Intermediate Organizational Development Consultant to support the training for the Enterprise Onboarding Program

Our valued public sector client is seeking a Intermediate Organizational Development Consultant to support the training on the Enterprise Onboarding Program

Tasks (including but not limited to):

• Preparation of Training Plans by phases as requested;
• Design, development and implementation of the components of the training plan for the Onboarding Program with MS Teams
• Implement Training Plans in an iterative manner with on-going, timely and appropriate
• Assist with the customizations of the MS Teams Channels for the various groups based on the Onboarding Program.
• Coordination, reviews and approvals by the team
• Conduct a gap analysis of the current state and potential ‘to be state’
• Finalize the Onboarding Program Training Framework.
