Our client is seeking an Intermediate Product Manager to support multiple digital and data transformation projects 

Location: 88 Queensquay or 155 wellington (Hybrid 1-2 days)
Contract Length: 1 Year

Department: Digital and Data Transformation


Daily Responsibilities:

• Act as an advocate for end-user/clients
• Actively own and manage the product’s backlog- review requirements & user acceptance criteria; ensure backlog alignment to client objectives
• Facilitate discussions such as backlog refinement, iterative review, retros, discovery/exploration ceremonies
• Simplify solutions to support iterative and timely delivery to get early feedback from clients/users
• Lead prioritization decisions in partnership with development, design, research partners & end user/client
• Collaborate and maintain a good working relationship with key stakeholders (Journey Lead, other Product Owners and Capability Head, SME’s etc.)
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Maintain risk documentation such as Privacy risk assessment, Data risk assessment, IT risk triage etc.
• Organize change management activities to ensure product adoption and benefits realization
• Update and maintain product roadmaps in support with Journey Leads and ensure they are well understood by all initiative members
• Review and understand user research artifacts to support user engagement of the product

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience with creating Product Roadmaps
• Jira and Confluence Experience
• Knowledge of Google Analytics

Nice to Have:

• Previous Financial industry Experience
• Experience with FIGMA
