Intermediate Project Control Officer-
Location Address: 40 Temperance St., 8th floor – hybrid – once a week onsite but manager is flexible
Contract Duration: 8 months
Story Behind the Need
Business group: Client Services and Solutions
The Payment Centre of Excellence facilitates projects for the payment industry. This team focuses specifically on wire payments and holds a project-based structure. The successful PCO will be expected to support the project team and managing financials and other deliverables.
Responsibilities:
-assisting in setting up financial infrastructure
-managing project financials
-attending meetings with team members from different projects for business case execution
-using CA-PPM to manage funding
-creating dashboards for projects in collaboration with business leads
-planning for business case execution
Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years’ experience working on a project with multiple initiatives
2) 5+ years’ experience as a business analyst or project control officer
3) 2-3 years’ experience on developing business artifacts in budget planning (business case, project charter, change request, rate log)
4) 3+ experience in an Agile environment
5) Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1)CA-PPM experience
2)previous experience in FI/banking
Education:
Post-Secondary and relevant working experience
