Our Retail client is looking for an Intermediate Project Coordinator to support both Project and Portfolio Management  

1 year Term Employment with possibility of extension – Remote, must work PST

Must Have
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager
  • Experience on an IT Implementation Project  
  • Strong understanding of Project and Portfolio management techniques
 Nice to Have
  • Experience in a Retail Environment
  • Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong knowledge of MSOffice, Excel and various project and portfolio management platform(s) required
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or project management, with three years’ equivalent work experience
  • Experience in both agile and waterfall environments  
Responsibilities
  • Assisting in enterprise adoption and helps maintain project portfolio procedures, guidelines, and methodologies, and tools. Familiarity with the functioning of a PMO and steering committee.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of work and updating of data by project team members. Validating project reporting.
  • Coordinating various events in terms of facility, invitation, equipment, catering, and other logistics.
