Intermediate Project Manager for the success delivery of current and upcoming IT Systems and ERP projects for a Retail client

Our retail client is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and leading large complex projects including ERP integrations as well as core retail systems and processes.

Permanent Position – Hybrid positions for both Mississauga and Winnipeg  

Must Have

• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management  
• Experience leading large complex projects (+$2 M budget) and Systems Implementations
• Change Management experience

 Nice to Have

• Experience in ERP integration projects
• Experience within a Retail environment and strong comprehension of core retail systems and processes
• Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as Salesforce.
• PMP certification

 Responsibilities

• 80% Project Management
• 20% Business Relationship Management
• Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan
• Establishing and nurturing an effective relationship engagement with key business leaders of the banners based on the East/Central region.
