Our retail client is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex ERP integrations as well as core retail systems and processes implementations.

1 Permanent Position - Winnipeg - Hybrid 

Must Have

• 7+ years’ experience in Project Management with experience leading projects with +$2M budgets
• ERP integration project experience
• Systems Implementations project experience

Nice to Have

• Retail environment and strong comprehension of core retail systems and processes
• Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as Salesforce.
• Change Management 
• PMP

Responsibilities

• 80% Project Management
• 20% Business Relationship Management
• Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan
• Establishing and nurturing an effective relationship engagement with key business leaders of the banners based on the East/Central region.
