Our Regina based client is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to support the business applications team on a technology & security project.
Must Haves:
The Business Applications team, located in Digital, Technology and Security, is a team that focuses on management of application IT projects, provides test standards for application IT projects as well as other project management and solution architecture services as requested. Our project management and execution approach combines the best practices of the PMBoK and RUP methodologies and is currently exploring extending the use of other delivery methodologies such as Agile. The Business Application teams manages approximately 10 - 15 projects concurrently. The projects range from implementation of net new Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software, enhancing functionality in existing systems through configuration, lifecycle upgrades, and small in-house development efforts. The Business Applications team consists of approximately 23 multi-vendor contract resources and 24 employees that provide expertise in business application support, project management, solution architecture and testing disciplines.
Must Haves:
- 3+ years as a Project Manager
- Experience with COTS/Application related projects
- Experience working with C-Level Management
- Experience with MS Project
- PMP
