Intermediate Project Manager to upgrade Mechanical and Electrical Critical Infrastructures for Real Estate facilities

Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to upgrade Mechanical and Electrical Critical Infrastructures for Real Estate facilities. Please note, this role is 100% on site until the end of April 2024, with a possible extension.

Must Have:

• 5+ years' experience working as a Project Manager implementing, upgrading or enhancing Control Systems or Data Centers related to one or more of the following infrastructure types:
• Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Power Generators or other electrical or mechanical critical infrastructure
• Experience managing budgets of $3 million+
• Experience as a technical Project Manager working outside of IT
