Location: Downtown Toronto - Hybrid (2 days in Office - Thursday and another day)

Responsibilities:
- Establish subject-matter-expertise on our various sales tools and data sources.
- Audit data and reconcile when discrepancies are identified. Automation skills are considered a plus.
- Participate in gathering requirements for new features and process enhancements.
- Represent the sales team for process and tool enhancements to help prioritize needs.
- Liaise with Finance to maximize forecast accuracy.
- Liaise with Marketing to manage campaigns and deliver campaign leads to sales.
- Help define and deliver enhancements to sales tools.
- Help drive process adoption with sales agents.
- Help manage centralized content for sales enablement.
Must Haves:
- Sales Operations/ working with Sales Teams
- Salesforce or any CRM
- Reports and dashboards
- MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)
