Our client is looking for an Intermediate Service Desk Technician (5+) years to provide level 1 support to clients on hardware and software issues in a Microsoft environment. 
 
Must Have:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Desk Technician providing level 1 support for hardware and software issues
  • 5+ years of experience supporting  Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365
  • Intermediate – advanced experience with supporting Apple iOS devices
  • Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as  Azure, Office 365, MFA, Exchange Online, MS Teams
  • Ability to work in Airdrie office 100% of the time  with schedules ranging from 7 am to 5 pm
Nice to have:
  • Microsoft InTune/Apple DEP experience
  • Exposure to SAP
  • Exposure to GIS
 
Responsibilities:
  • Point of contact for the IT organization, perform all functions related to Incident management including: Incident identification, Investigation/diagnosis, Resolution/recovery, Tracking/closure
  • Effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues involving desktop, laptop, server and network node outages
  • Escalate hardware/software incidents that cannot be resolved to appropriate levels of support in a timely manner
  • Provide technical and operational support for Office 365 and other supported software products
