Our financial client is seeking an Intermediate ServiceNow Administrator to perform code migration and implement production changes on the ServiceNow Platform within an Agile environment.- RFR166

Must Have:
- 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- Experience performing cloning, patching, upgrades of ServiceNow
- 4+ years of servicing ServiceNow in a production environment
- 2+ year of experience working within an agile environment
- 2+ years of working knowledge in ITIL methodology
- Experience with CMDB
- Experience with CMBD Discovery
- ServiceNow Platform Administration Certification (CSA certified preferred)
- Experience working within a Linux/Unix environment
- Experience working with other SaaS (Software as a Service)
Nice to Have:
- Certified Application Developer
- CIS-Discovery certified by ServiceNow
- Certified AWS cloud practitioner
Description of Duties:
- Managing overall ServiceNow platform from administration to code migration to production.
- Flexible to work off hours implement production changes.
- Flexible to work in different technologies apart from ServiceNow.
- Work in sprints and coordinate with Devs to fix issues in production.
- Incident/Problem/Feature queue maintenance and SLA adherence.
