Our valued Public Sector client requires an Intermediate Systems Analyst to develop models and process artefacts for a Grants and Contribution portal.
The project goal is to create an online portal for the management of funding application intake processes for grants and contributions at HC and PHAC. The portal will allow the public to create accounts, view funding opportunities and submit funding applications. Department staff will be able to administer funding processes, complete assessments of submitted proposals and recommend projects for funding. The portal will facilitate communication between the department and the applicants. Data gathered through the portal will be trackable and reportable with the use of an integrated business intelligence tool. The project will encompass grants and contributions program needs from multiple sectors across HC and PHAC. A flexible solution will be required that can accommodate the various application intake processes.

They currently rely on an inefficient mix of systems and manual processes to manage its business. There is no existing platform for sharing information and communicating with its stakeholders or clients.
