Our manufacturing client is seeking an Intermediate Technical Documentation Specialist to support the IT Architecture Department.

4 months . 100% remote

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain detailed IT architecture diagrams, including flowcharts, database schemas, network diagrams, and more.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects to grasp their designs and projects, assisting in translating this information into clear technical documents.
• Document IT architecture-related processes and best practices to ensure clear understanding and effective adoption within the organization.
• Review and validate documentation produced by solution architects, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and adheres to established standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and tools used to enhance efficiency and the quality of deliverables within the IT Architecture department.
• Provide training and support to members of the solution architects' team for any new documentation tools, templates, and standards established within the IT Architecture department.

Must Have:

• Write Technical Documentation
• Understanding of IT architecture concepts
• Bilingual (French and English)

• Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizzdesign, or equivalents
