Si. Systems client, a primary philanthropic partner of public healthcare in BC, is seeking an Intermediate Technical Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a Windows and Salesforce environment.


This is a 3-month contract, fully on-site 5 days/week in Vancouver. Expected start date: October 16th, 2023. Interviews are expected to start end of September.


Must Have:


  • 5+ years providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support
  • Experience working in Windows environment; Active Directory, O365, MS Teams
  • Experience troubleshooting CRM; Salesforce, D365 CRM
  • Experience with ITSM tools; Zendesk, Smartsheet, ServiceNow
  • Must be fully vaccinated


Nice to Have:


  • Experience providing support on Mobile Device Management
  • Experience supporting Cyber Security initiatives
  • Experience with Peoplesoft
