Intermediate Technical Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a Windows and Salesforce environment.
Si. Systems client, a primary philanthropic partner of public healthcare in BC, is seeking an Intermediate Technical Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a Windows and Salesforce environment.
This is a 3-month contract, fully on-site 5 days/week in Vancouver. Expected start date: October 16th, 2023. Interviews are expected to start end of September.
- 5+ years providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support
- Experience working in Windows environment; Active Directory, O365, MS Teams
- Experience troubleshooting CRM; Salesforce, D365 CRM
- Experience with ITSM tools; Zendesk, Smartsheet, ServiceNow
- Must be fully vaccinated
Nice to Have:
- Experience providing support on Mobile Device Management
- Experience supporting Cyber Security initiatives
- Experience with Peoplesoft
