Our valued client is looking for an Intermediate to Senior Middleware Support Analyst to provide platform support and stewardship in an enterprise environment.

Must-have rquirements:

• 5+ years experience working within infrastructure service teams
• Experience supporting 1 or more middleware platforms:
  • Informatica  (PowerCenter, IICS, Axon Data Governance, EDC, IDQ)
  • TIBCO Spotfire
  • Denodo (Data Virtualization) Platform 
  • Application Performance tools such as ManageEngine Applications Manager
• Familiarity of ITIL best practices

Nice-to-have requirements:

• Experience with Azure middleware technologies an asset (Azure Data Factory, LogicApps, etc.)
• Certifications in listed technology product sets will be considered an asset

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance of in-scope Middleware platforms (ie. installation, patching, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, promoting code from non-production to Production, etc.). 
• Responding to support tickets and requests
• Maintaining operational & project documentation
• Backing up and recovering (including Disaster Recovery) Middleware platforms
• Providing guidance on best practices and acting as platform steward
• Working with vendor support on issues as required
• Providing after hours support and on-call duties as required
