Our client is seeking an Intermediate Total Rewards and Compensation Professional to write job classifications and determine associated salaries. 

Must have: 
  • 5+ years experience in Total Rewards and Compensation and/or Benefit work
  • Experience in building total rewards strategies and specialization classifications and associated salaries
Nice to have:
  • CP and/or CEBS designation
  • Experience in a unionized environment 
Responsibilites:
  • Provide strategic oversight in areas of compensation, pension & benefits, recognition related programming including the design, maintenance, continuous improvement of associated systems, structures, & philosophies
  • Research, evaluate, summarize trends related to compensation and other rewards programs to enhance culture and improve the employee experience
  • Operate as a subject matter expert for related data gathering efforts, survey participation, and pay equity reviews, and other compliance related reporting, and disclosure obligations
