Our valued public sector client is in search of an Intermediate Trainer to develop manuals and use cases for an AI (Artificial Intelligence) project.

Background

The organizations mission is to provide strategic leadership, governance, and guidance to successfully transition to a data-driven organization that manages data as an enterprise asset and uses it effectively for evidence-based decision-making. The organization is currently finalizing its AI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop recommendations for AI training for leadership that will help enhance AI literacy and an understanding of the strategic importance of AI for defence.
• Develop recommendations on how AI could be leveraged within the organization in both the corporate and critical aspects of the department.
• Collate current training available into a useable format for management.
• Develop recommendations on foundational concepts of AI: what it is and what it is not, and terminology typically associated with AI.
• Develop potential use cases of current examples of AI within similar environments.
• Provide recommendations to scale use cases across the enterprise.

Must Haves

• University Degree or College Diploma
• AI project experience - 2+ years
• Public Sector experience (such as municipal, provincial, Canadian Crown corporation or Canadian Federal department) - 8+ years
