Our post-secondary client is looking for Intermediate Workday HCM Functional Consultants (2 POSITIONS)


ROLE 1 (Senior Workday Payroll Consultant):

This is a 12-months contract. Hybrid working model: 1 day/week on-site in Vancouver. 

Must have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in working on ERP systems; includes system support, analysis, configuration 
  • Strong experience with Workday Payroll; must have worked hands-on on this module
  • Experience with value stream mapping, business process analysis, business rules definition, data definition and preparation.
  • Experience in test planning, developing and documenting test scripts, supporting and participating in testing.


ROLE 2 (Senior Workday HCM Core Consultant) Description:

Permanent full-time role. (Annual salary: approx $103K~) 1 day/week on-site in Vancouver. 

Must have:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a ERP Functional Consultant; includes system support, analysis, configuration 
  • Experience working on Workday HCM Core
  • Experience with value stream mapping, business process analysis, business rules definition, data definition and preparation.
  • Experience in test planning, developing and documenting test scripts, supporting and participating in testing.


Responsibilities: 

  • Business Improvement and Transformation: Conducts business process analysis by completing process mapping, identifying relevant KPIs, complete current state analysis, observing patterns and developing future state recommendations based on data; build implementation plans for a variety of business processes.
  • Responsible for maintenance and support of Workday and other systems and applications within operational areas: Records and manages incident or service requests in case management system, closes cases when resolved.
  • Work closely with Payroll team on various HR related applications
  • Hands-on initiatives on system configuration and transformation
