Our client is looking for a IT Infrastructure Analyst to support internal staff and vendor management

Overview:

Our client requires an experienced Support Engineer to work onsite and manage the day to day support of 250 staff. You will be the go to person as well as help manage a remote 3rd party vendor. You will have excellent customer service skills and with the ability to build strong rapport with colleagues and vendors. You will have a strong technical acumen.

Must Have's:

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Support role

Responsibilities:

• User Onboarding/Offboarding desk-side support
• On-site support for main offices

• Problem Management
