  • This role will be responsible for entering the client-specific text in a web-based application as part of the overall process for setting up a new group benefits client, or modifying the client requirements for an existing client.
  • This role requires the individual to work both independently as well as in close partnership with all team members while maintaining a positive, flexible attitude, and willingness to shift priorities quickly to support a high volume workload and changing deadlines. Teamwork and flexibility are strong drivers in the success of this position.
Main Accountabilities:
  • Entering client-supplied custom content into an application which will be seen and used by plan members for the administration of their group benefits plan
  • Request and prepare updates to team members
  • Tracking and logging to support measurements and workflow management. Active participation, including the implementation of, process improvements for on team projects
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance steps
  • Willingness to step outside of defined parameters to provide support wherever needed on short notice

Must haves: 
  • 2+ years of administrative experience 
  • Secondary School Diploma
  • Advanced PC knowledge including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice to haves: 
  • Bilingual
