Jr. Administrative Assistant to manage customer records for large banking client - 41423

Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 1 day/week in office)
Duration: until Oct 31, 2022
 
Job Description:
This role will provide the selected candidate with exposure to enterprise banking programs and strategies. This is a great learning opportunity and a great opportunity to network with various LOBs within the bank. A lot of engagement with different stakeholders.
 
Job Responsibilities:
- This individual will be mainly managing and maintaining information on customer records
- Look up customer records and make amendments as requested
- Merging profiles if customers have various profiles
- working the queue independently - candidate must be able to manage their own workday
- Requests are mainly received via email/mailbox
 
Must Have Skills:
  • 1+ yr of experience in an Administrative role
  • Customer Service experience
  • Banking/FI experience
