Our valued banking client is actively seeking a Jr Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Agent to support customers over chat, email, and social media platforms.
Contract until February 16, 2024; working hybrid (2-3 days onsite, other days remote) in Montreal.
- Identify and understand basic customer needs in order to complete transactions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain superior and courteous service to internal and external contacts and exceed expectations in terms of speed, certainty and efficiency of response.
- Ensure branch or work area is maintained in accordance with client standards.
- Deliver fair outcomes for customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
- Participates in quality, regulatory and compliance training in order to meet performance targets.
- Ensure that all employees are aware of and effectively identify and manage applicable money laundering (ML), terrorist financing (TF), sanctions and reputational risks.
- 1+ years Customer service experience
- Banking industry experience
- Bilingual in French & English
- Experience with customer service on Facebook, Twitter, emails & chat
