Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension/conversion to FTE
Schedule Hours: 8:00 - 6:00PM
Training: 1 month on-site

The main function of an operations manager is ensuring that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and devises he/she makes for the business’s success.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing a team of 10-12 officers, creating their work schedules and distributing their duties.
Manage day-to-day queue and ensure all requests are being picked up.
• Attend to officer's needs, concerns and questions.
• Manage all the activities to ensure main KPI's, SLA's are met and compliant.
• Responsible for managing the performance of the officers such as coordinating with different division leads to provide ongoing coaching and promote development.
• Supervise the remodeling of current the amenities and represent the company during client meetings and negotiations.
• Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure.
• Make processes more efficient through innovation and new ideas.

Must-Have Skills:
Leadership experience in a leadership role - 2+ years
• Bilingual - French, English
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs - Microsoft office, Word, Excel

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Ability to adapt and handle changes
• Previous banking experience or Financial setting

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
• Graduate Degree (nice to have but not required)
